Core Strength Class Description: Join us for a 1-hour Core Sculpt Mat Class designed to tone your abs and all major muscles of the body. This 60-minute class incorporates a variety of equipment, including the magic circle, BOSU, mat, light weight dumbbells, and resistance bands, to challenge your body in new and effective ways. Whether you're looking to improve your core stability, enhance your posture, or increase overall strength, Core Strength offers a dynamic workout that adapts to all fitness levels. Each session combines weighted and mat-based exercises that not only focus on your core but also engage your entire body, promoting better balance, flexibility, and muscle tone. Class Structure: Warm-Up (10 mins): Dynamic stretches and light cardio to prepare your body. Core Activation (10 mins): Engage your core with planks and bird dogs. Core Strength Routine (20 mins): Use the magic circle, BOSU, and light weights for targeted exercises that strengthen the core and other major muscle groups. Mat-Based & Resistance Exercises (15 mins): Focus on bodyweight and resistance band movements to enhance core stability, posture, and overall strength. Cool Down & Stretch (5 mins): Gentle stretches to relax and prevent soreness. Who Can Attend: Suitable for all fitness levels with modifications available. Cancellation Policy

Bounce and Bang Fitness Studio Policy Reservations & Cancellations: Reserve classes in advance via our app or website. Cancel at least 24 hours prior to avoid charges. Late cancellations/no-shows deduct a class or incur a fee. Arrival Time: Arrive 15 minutes early for check-in and setup. Late arrivals may be denied entry to avoid class disruption. Attire & Footwear: Wear comfortable workout attire suited to the class. No shorts in Bungee and Kangoo Fitness classes. Wear full-length or capri leggings for skin protection. Sneakers required for most classes; Kangoo Jumps boots for Kangoo Fitness (available for rent at $5.00). Avoid loose clothing in Bungee classes to prevent entanglement. Health & Safety: Inform the instructor of any health concerns or injuries before class. If pregnant or recovering from surgery, do not attend classes. Your safety is our priority. Participation is at your own risk; follow all safety instructions. We reserve the right to deny entry to anyone appearing unwell or under the influence. Waiver Requirement: Sign a waiver before your first class, acknowledging risks and releasing Bounce and Bang Fitness from liability. Waivers can be signed online or at the studio. Participants under 18 require a parent/guardian's signature. Studio Etiquette: Respect others and minimize conversations during class. Clean equipment after use with provided wipes. Store belongings in cubbies. The studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Membership & Class Packs: Class packs and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Class packs are valid for Sling Bungee, Fit4Drums, and Kangoo Fitness classes. Expiration dates apply; extensions may be granted for medical emergencies with documentation.
