This exciting workout is divided into two sections: the first focuses on fun, easy-to-follow dance moves, and the second alternates between basic bungee signature moves and jumps. The sequence repeats for a fun cardio and core-strengthening experience, keeping you engaged and energized throughout. Set to a lively mix of Latin, pop, and rock music, this class will have you bouncing, sweating, and smiling from start to finish! Benefits: Low-Impact, High-Intensity: The bungee harness reduces joint strain while allowing for dynamic, intense movements. Core Engagement: Every jump and movement challenges your balance, activating your core and stabilizing muscles. Cardio & Strength: Alternate between dance moves and bungee jumps to build cardiovascular endurance and core strength. Improved Flexibility & Mobility: Stretch, twist, and turn effortlessly, enhancing your range of motion and overall flexibility. Fun & Energizing: The alternating dance and bungee sections, repeated for extra impact, make this class exciting and effective for all fitness levels! Please note: This class is only available to those who have attended at least 4 Bungee Beginners classes to ensure participants are comfortable and familiar with the bungee system.


Cancellation Policy

Bounce and Bang Fitness Studio Policy Reservations & Cancellations: Reserve classes in advance via our app or website. Cancel at least 24 hours prior to avoid charges. Late cancellations/no-shows deduct a class or incur a fee. Arrival Time: Arrive 15 minutes early for check-in and setup. Late arrivals may be denied entry to avoid class disruption. Attire & Footwear: Wear comfortable workout attire suited to the class. No shorts in Bungee and Kangoo Fitness classes. Wear full-length or capri leggings for skin protection. Sneakers required for most classes; Kangoo Jumps boots for Kangoo Fitness (available for rent at $5.00). Avoid loose clothing in Bungee classes to prevent entanglement. Health & Safety: Inform the instructor of any health concerns or injuries before class. If pregnant or recovering from surgery, do not attend classes. Your safety is our priority. Participation is at your own risk; follow all safety instructions. We reserve the right to deny entry to anyone appearing unwell or under the influence. Waiver Requirement: Sign a waiver before your first class, acknowledging risks and releasing Bounce and Bang Fitness from liability. Waivers can be signed online or at the studio. Participants under 18 require a parent/guardian's signature. Studio Etiquette: Respect others and minimize conversations during class. Clean equipment after use with provided wipes. Store belongings in cubbies. The studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Membership & Class Packs: Class packs and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Class packs are valid for Sling Bungee, Fit4Drums, and Kangoo Fitness classes. Expiration dates apply; extensions may be granted for medical emergencies with documentation.
