Power Step Class

Elevate your fitness routine with our Power Step Class! This dynamic workout blends high-energy dance choreography on the step platform with targeted strength training exercises. Prepare to step, groove, and build strength as you combine rhythmic dance moves with a powerful strength workout using a variety of equipment.

Class Structure:

  • Warm-Up (5 mins): Begin with a lively warm-up to prepare your body, featuring light cardio and dynamic stretches to get you ready for the workout.

  • Dance Choreography (20 mins): Move to the beat with energetic dance routines on the step platform. Enjoy a blend of rhythmic patterns and stylish moves that keep you motivated and engaged.

  • Strength Training (25 mins): Transition to strength exercises using dumbbells, resistance bands, and weights. Focus on muscle-building routines that target major muscle groups including squats, lunges, bicep curls, and shoulder presses.

  • Cool Down & Stretch (10 mins): Wind down with gentle stretching to relax your muscles and enhance flexibility.
