Experience a revolutionary workout with our Bungee Sling Fitness class, where gravity meets exhilaration! This innovative class uses bungee cords and slings to provide a unique, low-impact exercise experience that combines strength, cardio, and flexibility training. Suspended in the air, you’ll perform a range of dynamic movements, from jumps and squats to stretches and core exercises, all while being supported and guided by the bungee system.

The bungee sling setup offers a feeling of weightlessness and freedom, making high-intensity workouts accessible to all fitness levels. You'll have fun while working out and challenge your body in new and exciting ways, thanks to the bounce and support provided by the bungee cords.

Class Structure:

​

 

  • Warm-Up (10 mins): Gentle stretching and light movements to prepare your body for the bungee experience.

  • Strength Training (20 mins): Engage in bodyweight exercises like squats, lunges, and push-ups, enhanced by the resistance and support of the bungee slings.

  • Cardio & Agility (15 mins): Perform high-energy movements such as jumps, sprints, and dynamic drills with the added boost of the bungee system.

  • Flexibility & Core (10 mins): Focus on stretching and core-strengthening exercises to improve flexibility and stability.

  • Cool Down (5 mins): Relaxing stretches and deep breathing to wind down and aid recovery.
